Pay pal has best customer service I see! My family and friends payment is still pending! They charged me about 2$ for transaction and they don't allow you even cancel the pending payment, they don't have customer service by email they just have call senter like 1980 !!! Why should I waste more money on phone to get my money back?! If this is not fraud what it is ... View more

Two Transactions

So recently I sent a transaction to a buyer. It was sent over an echeque, meaning that I can not cancel it. I also decided to take 100 dollars out of my bank account to see if it was faster (because the buyer wanted it ASAP). Not knowing a lot about PayPal, I couldn't cancel the withdrawal. Now when the money does get sent to the buyer, it's also going to withdraw 100 dollars. If there is not enough funds in my bank account, what will happen? Will it still take away the 100 dollars? Will I get a NSF fee from my bank? My bank is RBC? I can appreciate any advice. Thanks ... View more
