I have sold 2 kayaks to a Paypal customer. I personally hand delivered the kayaks(no tracking info). The customer sent the money to my Paypal account. The money is "on hold" pending "fulfillment confirmation". I have repeatedly asked the customer to fulfill the confirmation part on Paypal. But it appears the customer does NOT know how to do this or does not care. I have asked repeatedly asked for a live person at Paypal to call me, but no one ever does. I have repeatedly asked for a phone # to call Paypal, have NEVER gotten one. Now I have gotten the Paypal number from a friend, but still no answer. only recordings. You are "experiencing high call volume at this time". My question... when is a good time to call? What are your best hours??
