After waiting 3 months for a package I finally requested a refund. Paypal opened a case. The package arrived yesterday. Now I need to cancel or close the case since I don't need my refund anymore. There is no option for me to do that when I view the case details page. No costumer service on the phone available either. It says Paypal will inform me about the resolution on August 24 but the seller has now his Paypal account blocked. Suggestions to stop this case investigation?
