I used PP to send/receive funds and have not had any issues. However, I used PayPal with a credit card to buy a product on MAY 29! I still have not received the product and filed a complaint with PayPal on July 3rd, providing comprehensive details including the fact that the merchant has been identified as a Chinese company (SUNSHINE) that is listed on the web as being fraudulent. They told me the product had shipped and was in the US on June 17th! I provided all this to PayPal's Resolution Center on July 3rd and was given a Resolution date of July 23, then pushed back to August 4th, then August 10th, and now August 17th. I have used the text box in the Resolution Center to ask for resolution and keep being told I will receive a response back.. Yet, I have never received a response...not, one. The infuriating thing is there is NO WAY to talk to a person in the Resolution Center. I have called the general 888 number for PP but once you indicate the topic is about a complaint the recording tells you that that topic cannot be handled over the phone. This dog chasing its tail is very irritating, **bleep** poor performance and totally unacceptable from a billion dollar enterprise. Any suggestions as to how to talk to a live person at PayPal? P.S. I am currently debating filing a civil complaint against PayPal in my small claims court as you don't need a lawyer to file. I will ask for a refund of my $60.00 and damages for all the hours I have spent on the phone and computer trying to get any modicum of satisfaction from PayPal. Needless to say, I will never use PayPal again as there are other platforms to move funds for me.
