Hello, The response message is slightly misleading in that you need to confirm your email address and verify your account. If you only do one and not the other, you'll still experience the same issue. First thing every account holder should do once they open an account is confirm the email address and verify the account to prevent any issues such as this one. Happy to hear you got it resolved.
