I have a verified business Paypal account, I am from South Africa. I have money in my paypal balance. I have tried to send money to 3 different people within the last week using the 'Send money' feature and keep getting the same message once I have put in the sellers email address and how much I want to send: I sent a message to Customer Service asking them to resolve the issue and they responded by saying the following: "...I see on your account that the payment you were trying to send using your credit card was blocked by our Internal Security Program. To provide one of the safest online payment methods, our internal security program reviews every payment before it's approved. This program determines whether an individual transaction has a high risk of failure or not. Please be assured that this has nothing to do with your credit rating, your credit limit, or the seller individually. Usually, if the transaction does not fit the pattern of transactions that you normally make, our Internal Security Program will not allow it to be processed. This is similar to the way many banks and credit card companies work when approving payments. Please keep in mind that we have this process in place to provide you with the safest online payment processing service in the world..." They then closed the conversation. I did not use my credit card, the money is in my Paypal balance. And I don't understand how the payments don't fit my normal pattern, I have sent payments to destinations worldwide. Just last month I sent money via Paypal to the UAE three times without a problem, and now they stopped me sending money to accounts based in France and Kenya. I have tried to message them multiple times since, but continue to get the following message: "I'm sorry, but none of my human colleagues are available at the moment. Please try again later or browse the PayPal Help Center for answers to frequently asked questions. Our customer service staffing is limited due to coronavirus (COVID-19) safety precautions. I have thousands of dollars stuck in Paypal now and cannot pay those I need to pay. If anyone is able to help me I'd be very appreciative.
