When I sell something on E-bay and they pay it to my paypal account am I charged again by Paypal for receiving that money. 2 When someone (private) pays money into my paypal account are you usually charged for receiving that money, as it shows I have had to pay something. Plus it is easier getting hold of the Pope than paypal
