Sent an email to FastSpring enquiring as to what the transaction was for; did not get a reply so failed a case for unathorised access. A few days later the case was closed with the following reply - and no way to reopen the case. This is theft and very unprofessional. Let just assume that wrong button was clicked by accident and it was closed in error. Surely a user has the right to review? Is there a government entity that I can take this too?
