I originally opened a checking account at a new bank because of a series of misunderstandings and problems with the old bank. I had a debit card from the old bank and the added a debit card from the new bank. I was advised to remove the old account and card from the Paypal account. All of the bills I pay are now set up so that Paypal would access the new card if anything was paid using my Paypal account. Despite no usage of the old card in months, I can't seem to get it out of my wallet. When I try to remove the old bank/credit card from my Paypal account, I get this message: We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. I've been trying again later for a month. I've tried to contact the Help Center via a message, but have not heard from anybody. I've gone through all of my payments using Paypal and there is nothing that occurs on a regular basis with the new debit card and no activity whatsoever that was on the old card. Is anybody familiar with a problem like this or have suggestions as to what to do? Thanks in advance.
