I purchased something back in May and never received it so I put in a dispute and they kept changing the date on paypal when they would resolve the issue. Well I received the wrong item on August 2nd and they closed the dispute that day saying I received the item. The item was wrong that I received and I can not longer open a dispute on this item. How can I get my money back or most of it. I emailed the company but they did not respond to me. How can I get my case opened on a different matter?
