Hi, I saw that PayPal merchant fees in the US are 2.9% +.30 per transaction and that international sales were 4.4% + fixed fee based on currency received. My question is how the fixed fee works for international transactions? Is the international fixed fee a conversion of the US $.30 fee or is there an extra fee since they are based in another country? For example if the client is from Brazil and is paying for my product that is $20 and I charge them 4.4% what would be the fixed fee cost?
