Paypal denied my claim saying the seller provided shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. Well I have 5 security cameras facing out to the front of my house plus one Zmodo doorbell that shows NO PACKAGE BEING DROPPED OFF. Seller is lying and I can't contact them even on their website. Tried typing it in and FRAUD ALERTS are all warning of this seller. All I want is the item. Funny thing is this happened on Amazon. Ordered the same item from a different seller (authorized dealer) and they said after 30 days that the item was lost or damaged in shipping. Amazon refunded me the full price. This is why I tried this store .Can't sign in to my account...asked to reset password ...NO REPLY ... Feel lost and out $58.46 to a possible scam. Anyone is game when you trust too much in the system. How can it be fixed?
