I paid a merchant invoice which requested payment through Invoice2Go and PayPal, and asked for the funds to be deducted from my credit card. A few days later the merchant informed me that he had cancelled his PayPal account and asked me to pay by bank transfer. I checked my credit card account and found that the funds had left my account, and informed the merchant that am not willing to pay twice. I then tried to access my PayPal account to cancel the payment, but I get the message that I had been logged out to protect my account and that I should return to the merchant to restart the payment process. Every time I try to log on to my account I get the same message. I do not want to restart the payment process, and I cannot get back into my PayPal account. Help please!
