I created a new Paypal account today and created my Paypal.me all from my phone, after doing so I logged into Paypal from my computer and it essentially acted as if I hadn't made an account yet. Being confused I tried changing my password and I logged in with all my original information that I had added to the account 20 minutes prior to being completely gone. I tried to add my card once again to the account and it said it's attached to an account already. I searched up my Paypal.me link and it's acting as if it's a completely different account. I have zero clue as to how to fix this, and now can't attach my card to a new account because it's seemingly still attached to the original account, that again I have no access to. I'm not sure if anybody can help or explain this, but with Coronavirus I have no way into getting into contact with support directly.
