PayPal Community

I have had an account for 2 years. Barley used it to accept payments.  I started using it for business  writing my transactions are $3000 to $5000 each. The of course put my account in suspense.  They asked me to verify my self I uploaded a photo I'd as requested. The they asked me to verify my accounts and linked cards. I verified one card and one account. The last card was recently deactivated due to misuse by an employee. It is impossible to do the verification  on that card. I tried to remove the card but the account is locked. With only messaging and no phone calls they  are asking for a credit card statement on a debit card. It is a card that is linked to the verified bank account.  I uploaded a 3 month transaction history and bank statement several times and they keep asking  for a credit card statement!!! It is a debit card linked to the checking account I have told them many times.. but the keep asking. Why? Do they not understand banking, English, what am I missing. I even contacted my bank and the bank said the same thing. Now on 14 days of back and forth trying to verify a card that is cancelled.   Suggestions? ... View more

I've called over 25 times and keep getting it hung up on by PayPal they're holding over $3,000 of my money I've answered their request for a copy of my driver's license and it's still on hold how long does it take PayPal to respond to you, think they can answer the phone one out of 25 phone calls they can't even reply to a message thread it's over 48 Hours old Coronavirus won't put me out of business , but PayPal sure will holding my money. ...
