Hi, I've raised a dispute due to items received bit being as described. The shoes I have purchased wouldn't even last one wear and one pair doesn't even have any decoration on them. The seller has agreed to a full refund if I return the goods to them and accept to pay for return postage. In my original dispute, I advised I'd be happy to return the goods but not willing to cover the cost of the return postage.....to Hong Kong! I'm not too familiar with PayPal and I can only see the option of adding my return package tracking number. Is there anyway I can dispute this or do I have to pay for the postage and then try to reclaim afterwards? My goods cost just in excess of £40 so I'm not prepared to just let the case close without any further action. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me.
