We are a Canadian company. Years ago we set up a PayPal account through the US PayPal. We have some funds left in the account, however now we are not able to access them without providing an EIN or SSN, business address (which is CDN), and business registration (which again is CDN). I managed to get a reply when I requested help in the spring, however I was told that I could transfer the money into a US bank again. Again, we are Canadian so this doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions? How how I can find a real life person to talk to?
