I received a voucher, and a message from a rep. saying it would be under "offers" in my 'wallet' tab, but no such option exists. I've looked everywhere. It literally isn't there, and there's no way to access a confirmed active voucher - confirmed by a rep. I've been waiting to hear back from the Rewards & Offers support team for the past 6 hours. Has anyone else had an issue with this option disappearing? Were there any resolutions? I hate asking here, but the 'Help' just isn't helpful.
