My wifes account is locked. Message says "we cannot confirm it is you" Trying to get through on the phone for 3/4 days no luck.Unable to message as that needs log in? What can I do? Absolutely hopeless customer service.........on phone held for some 45mins until 1830 tonight then cut off. They are holding large sum of money which we cannot access.
