bottom line it is **bleep** poor customer service on Paypal's side. It is not surprising that other payment platforms are becoming preferred by users. It is absolutely impossible to talk to a human being on the phone. long waiting time, delays, dropped calls, and absolutely no support or advice. Complete lack of ownership. They'd better up their game or will soon become irrelevant. putting 100% of the blame on the buyers and refusing to help them on an obvious fraud using their platform is absolutely unacceptable. As you said, if it is the way they operate, they just deserve to go down.
