PayPal Community

I am not wondering it PayPal gets some kind of kick back. Both of the items I ordered were delivered 1 prior to notification of being shipped by 2 days and  2 was delivered 2 days before it was even order. you can't talk to a real person and the customer service just changes the person you texted every 15 -20 mins or tell you they are transferring you to a person that can better serve you only for no-one to respond for 2,3,4 or more hours. Well this has happened once already now appears to have happened again. PayPal will just give your money away and after repeated attempts with a defunct consumer service. I have been closed case then reopened all within less than 12 hours now over a month later they tell me they can’t decide on my case so I guess Im SOL on this purchase. Don’t use PayPal. They let scammers place their logo take your money and because there is a tracking number stating your item is delivered on days before Your item has been shipped.
