Bought an item on ixzubox, a havahart trap for $69.00 on July 18. Somehow scam artists generated a tracking number listing item delivered on July 17. Tried to contact the people for 10 days with no response. Luckily I screenshot the purchase confirmation on the website because no conformation email was sent. I disputed the case and attached the screenshots. The "merchant" listed the charge as being for "tuition fees" but the screenshots proved the purchase was supposed to be a animal trap. I opened a dispute and when he didn't respond to PayPal they refunded my money.
