Why do us the account holder of PayPal get 48 hours to reply to any questions regarding unauthorized charges yet the person(s) that committed fraud theft have a entire MONTH to contest the dispute? Is it part of protocol do to the fact it's easier for paypal to **bleep** over it's own account holders then it is to probably deal with the situation!? Sure appears this way! I find it very unsatisfactory that PayPal gave me 2 days to reply to a dispute on a unauthorized charge to a question that was already answered in my initial comment to the dispute... Yet the person(s) that made the unauthorized charge has 1 entire month to contest... In the meantime PayPal gave me a credited amount of that charge minus the fee they take for handling the dispute which is tech. their fault... I never asked for the credit! Cause once It was used the next funds into my account are MINUS THE AMOUNT OF DISPUTED UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE CREDITED AMOUNT PAYPAL ISSUED TO ME WITH OUT ASKING!!!! So basically I'm getting **bleep** TWICE EVEN IN PAYPAL FEES! WHAT KIND OF RAQUET IS THIS?
