Edit: I finally managed to talk with someone who can help, hopefully issue will be fixed in 24-72 hours. My current PayPal account just got limited because it's linked with an account that has negative balance. That is an old account I managed for an old business that I had with a co-owner. I cannot access that account and reset password because it is blocked. I have been sending messages to support and getting a "I can't help you with that, you should contact other support" I called like 3 times the other support numbers and after waiting hours and wasting my international call credits I get no help still. In the meantime my current account is still locked and my subscription based business is affected.
