Don't know if this is proper place to post this but Palpal needs to do something about fraudulent companies, namely Shopping technology co.Limited.Companies like this erode confidence in PayPal, making users feel less confident using PayPal. Have read many,many complaints about this fraudulent co. ,and there seems to be no progress in blocking this company from ripping people off! Please take them off your site!!
