Hello,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.
If you turned Payment Review on in Sandbox every payment will go under Payment Review.
Here are the steps to turning off Payment Review.
Log into the Developer Dashboard
Click on Accounts under Sandbox
Click the three dots under Manage Accounts next to the Sandbox account you are using to test
Click View/Edit Account
Click on Settings
Turn Payment Review to off
Click Close when finished
