Hello, I have a sandbox account which was manually created and I don't have developer account for the sandbox account. when I am executing payment and receive response, the payment status which i am getting is always "pending" and reason code is "payment_review". I did search on paypal community, I found that either my sandbox account's email is not verified or there is a option in developer account of "Payment Review", which I need to OFF but I don't have a developer account. the sandbox account was manually created. I am using paypal javascript sdk for integration.I am using doller currency. HELP ME.
