I am writing in regards to my case (Case ID: PP-D-72873450) that was open on Jun 23rd. As soon as I filed a complaint, the seller sent me a UPS tracking number (1Z85V8370385872633). If you look at the details of the tracking, it says the item was shipped on Jun 20th, but I actually ordered the item on Jun 21st. So, I reached out to the UPS to confirm if the package was actually sent to me and they confirmed that the package was not sent to me. I provided the following documents to paypal by email, but I did not get any response from paypal, also i am not able to reach them over phone. What are the next steps that I need to take. 1) Pay Receipt for the purchase 2) UPS email confirmation that the package was not sent to me 3) UPS Tracking showing that the item was shipped on June 20th 4) Screenshot from Seller website showing that the item was not shipped and it's on HOLD. 5) Email confirmation from the Seller website for the purchase made on Jun 21st
