I have a service based business. I always make sure the invoice says "service" before I send it... but for some reason the last several transactions I have been charged for a shipping label?! Very frustrating because I do not ship anything and I am loosing money. Can I refund the "Print Label" option? AND how can I prevent this because it keeps happening. Thank you for helping!
