Hi PayPal decided they did not want to do business with me. I received an email in January saying I would get instructions how to withdraw funds in 180 days. Fast forward no email and all messages I send to PayPal gets a generic reply or no reply at all. And they won’t take calls right not saying their lines too busy so ask me to send email. What should I do?
