Hi, in the 1st instance I recomend you open a dispute with paypal and you can find the link to the paypal resolution centre below... https://www.paypal.com/ao/smarthelp/article/visit-the-resolution-center-to-see-the-next-steps-for-your-cases-faq3967 This will get you issue logged with paypal. In my opinion, paypal are not good at getting seller/buyer issues resolved, especially if the seller is in China but at least this process will get you on the road to a solution hopefully.

I ordered a product through advert on facebook from Chinese seller and paid for i using paypal. The item I actually ordered did not arrive but instead, cheap alternative items arrived that have no connection with what was originally ordered. My order was for a 4 wheel trolley for 19.99 USD with postage and what actually arrived was two plastic bags to put shoes in ..! This is a scam and I am asking why paypal are allowing these companies to use paypal services ? I raised a dispute with paypal and asked for a full refund and the paypal responed that the seller would give me a refund if i first returned the item (shoe bags) at my own expense...!. This is ridicules because they want me to pay even more money out to ship the item back to china. Because the seller has said they will refund me (but only if i return the item that i never even ordered in the first place) paypal do not give me any facilitity in the resolution centre to give any further feedback. The whole situation is very bad PR for paypal. Does anyone know how I can get paypal to give me my money back since they advertise that paying with paypal gives me buyer protection but i dont see that paypal are protecting me at all.
