I'm unable to resolve this in the resolution center. What am I doing wrong? Purchased a TV online for $99 (yeah, I know...dumb move) as advertised on Facebook. The purchase was shown as "eligible for purchase protection" It was charged at $113.95 I filed a claim to reduce the amount to $99.00 I wrote to the seller at service asking for an adjustment. The email bounced. Now I got worried. Also found out that it was a scam here: https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en/scam/view/166785 I then cancelled the claim for an adjustment, hoping to file a claim for a full refund. NOW THE "eligible for purchase protection" JUST DISAPPEARED! I am unable to to proceed with a claim for a refund. Where do I go from here? Fred
