Hi, I'm the administrator for a Charity Paypal account in the UK. We received a donation from the Paypal Giving Fund which has been deposited into our Paypal account. I've linked the Charity's current account and tried multiple times to withdraw the funds to that account but keep getting the error "We're sorry something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later". I contacted the Agents on the messaging centre and have been told twice that everything looks fine, but to wait 48 hours for the system to reset, but today on my third attempt I got the same error again. I can't get hold of a human being on the phone and the Agents are giving me the wrong information. One Paypal Agent even told me to transfer the funds to 'a trusted friend' and then ask them for it back as a solution! 😣 Any help gratefully received. I'm all out of ideas and our charity desperately needs these funds in the current Covid-19 crisis. Thanks.
