Like i said in the title pay pal close my account for being 18 years of age and i cannot remove the cards nor banks linked to that account. The problem is that one of the cards and one of the banks is my mothers and i am the one that help her do her transactions and now those accounts are stuck there and i cannot do anything about it, because pay pal costumer support hasn't answered my email and every time i call they say they are not available please contact us through the help menu on pay pal or through email and my mother needs her accounts back and i would also like to remove my accounts from the site since i cant use them. Can anyone please help me I would greatly appreciate it.
