It looks like your customer had a big problem did not get any help from the people they trusted with their transactions and their money.  Your response was seriously unprofessional and arrogant.  It looks like Scott has forgotten where his money comes from. If you were on my staff I would fire you for a response to a CUSTOMER like that. You have seriously embarrassed yourself and your employer. I am surprised that BP   uh I mean PayPal allows such responses in their name. Hi If PayPal says they are not collectiong interest, they are either lying or stupid.  Hmmm maybe both.  The least they could do is TO collect interest and offer it to the people they are sc*%*^ng.  The arrogance of the policy shows a callous and disrepectful attitude towards the people who gave them their money in the first place.   To think that such a policy does not put you in the same place as BP, the House and Senate, and AG...fat cats disconnected from their constituency, or CUSTOMERS. Hi Pay Palers Can you say Craigslist...pays instantly...every time.  Sure its different, but nobody steals your money for a month, holds it, collects interest on it and gives you some self serving chicken or egg story.  I think PP has forgotten who butters their bread.  I have only been eBaying since Jan and have seen the fees that matter shoot way up and PP start acting like a bailout fat cat bank.  It is bad eough they pull fees from three sides of any single transaction.  Just might pass on the next 6 months...too bad.
