Happening to me also. I even sent the info from my bank with the ACH info. I entered the amounts twice and if I do it again, they will delete my bank to "prevent fraud". Great. I know how to print numbers on my keyboard. I am so frustrated. I made a phone call, on hold 20 minutes then cut off. Can't send a message because they say I have an active message. Then I got an email saying I had 2 messages in my message box, I sign in, and no messages. I understand the problems with the pandemic, but we are all having to deal with the same crap. Most of us are probably business people and we need to keep our customers happy also. I hope they get this settled soon. I've had it up to here.
