I think it may be the fact its a new account?? I had to set up a new one using a different email address so it matched an online profile  My other PayPal withdraws instantly, so didn't know what these pending notifications meant ... View more

Seems PayPal are having issues at the present moment as several people have commented stating the same thing. Not very good when people have money in their PayPal and can't withdraw it. ... View more
