So get an email this morning that a recent buyer has gone to his bank becasue of an unexplained transaction. He bought a tablet of me for £105 and he's account says £104.60. The bank contact Paypal and say it's suspicious and paypal take £104.60 from me. Whats really suspicious is why is there a 40p difference? Anyway on calling Paypal I get the most unhelpful agent who gives me no guidance. 2nd Call to Declan who was pretty helfpul and pointed me in the right direction for creating a fraud claim and uploading documents. Had to call again to give claim ref and the 3rd agent was a useless bag of wind also. Ended up loosing my cool and swearing at her. Since then the buyer has realised his mistake and contacted his bank and paypal to say send the money back to the seller (me). Have I got it yet...? Noooooooooooo. Takes seconds to take it and probably 4 weeks to get it back. The system is flawed, the staff unhelpful and I feel my time with Paypal is coming to an end. Had a guy at christmas try and buy a £1200 iphone x on my account, that took ages to resolve too. I hate apple products too which made it worse as it felt like a general dig at my dislike for the company. 😉 Onto my 4th call now and have been waiting so 56 mins 01 seconds!! Don't know how much I've paid these guys in fees over the 17 years I've been on ebay but honestly don't want to put another penny through their system. One frustrated and annoyed paypal customer. 😞
