1. I have a negative balance of 3,66 USD, when I click to pay my negative balance I get this: We're sorry, you don't have permission to complete this action. For more information, contact the person who controls your account permissions. I tried with 2 different cards. I do not have the option to pay by bank account. 2. If I try the transfer funds option, trying to add money to my account I get this: Thank you for using our services. Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily deactivate instant top-ups with PayPal in your country. Please use alternative options available in your country to add funds to your PayPal account. (There are no alternative ways in my country, i checked) 3. I have a dispute from a buyer for a shipment that went wrong because of the virus situation. The funds from the sale are on hold, when I click refund this is what I get: Let's try that again Looks like something went wrong on our end. I have been trying for 2 hours to add funds or refund the buyer. I am getting panic attacks. I have 2 cards and one bank account linked, nothing works to transfer funds, everything gives me an error, despite having funds in my bank (checked). "Due to the corona virus (COVID-19) emergency our customer service staff is limited and we can't transfer you to a customer service agent at this time." I am stuck and any help from Paypal is rejected.
