This case is now getting ridiculous, I first filed a overcharge request, the invoice and the billing amount did not match. That was granted. Later I got concerned about the sellers lack of communication (cozofit.com). I tried for a refund and they are absolutely non communicative, zero ability to reach them. I then tried to request a refund via paypal and only was given the option to state unauthorized usage, tried to clearly state that this was a fraud issue and they eventually rejected and then reversed the earlier refund. I tried calling customer support and was informed that it is closed. I cannot contest the resolution centers actions as that is not an option, I cannot open a new request.
