I ordered a credit card from my bank, and since the quarantine is still on effect here, I won't be having it soon. I am expecting a payment soon, and I need to have a card linked to my account. Is it possible to link my roommate's card to my PayPal account temporarily to receive these funds? will my account be blocked if that was done? Can exemptions be made for such urgent cases? I can't seem to find my problem in the support team page , and I find no email to contact.
