Magic words here is "as guest", so "Activity" tab does not show anything. Only PayPal knows in what rabbithole my money is. As being such a big financial institution as it is,  this is totally unacceptable. ... View more

I recently bought an item from webshop and paid through PayPal as guest, then webshop answered after payment that item is not in stock and refunded. Got email from paypal, that refund should be on my card soon. Now it has been 17 days and nothing.
