Is it just me or is PayPal a seriously poor company to try and deal with? Ive integrated my online store with PayPal but my customers are getting an error when trying to pay so I need this resolved immediately. Firstly, the entire site is a maze, there simply is no straight forward way to find a way to speak to someone (especially if you dont have an account) I sent a message on the messaging centre to be told I need to phone PayPal on a given number, I called the number stuck speaking to an automated machine for god knows how long before finally asking if I wanted to speak to an agent. Transferring me to an agent it then said 'Sorry, we dont have many staff to take your call', then hung up on me. Not good enough, I should be able to wait in a queue. Back to the messages centre, spoke to 3 more people who were transferring my messages to different epartments until finally they just stopped replying. How on earth are PayPal such a big company running a business like this, a complete shambles
