I purchased a product on PayPal credit on 6 May and set up a Direct Debit. Today I had an email from PayPal charging me for a late payment. I checked my bank account and confirmed that a DD had been set up and a payment had been taken on 6 May but not taken this month. Customer service go home at 6:30 so no chance of speaking with anyone so messaged and now waiting to see if they get back to me.
