Firstly, I was charged a late fee of £12 for 'not paying a £20 charge I had on paypal credit'. I thought I had selected that the money comes out as a direct debit from my bank card or the credit in my account (of which I had plenty to cover this cost). So why have I been charged? Secondly, I've had a number of fraudulent activities on my account and requested that I be notified before any payment due so I can confirm it is the correct payment and not fraud activity. No one contacted me about the payment due 2 days ago. Thirdly, when I try and dispute the £12 in the resolution centre, the charge doesn't come up at all! So I am not sure how to dispute this now. If anyone has had a similar issue/knows what's going on I would very much appreciate your advice!
