Hi - I’m wanting to cancel a Temporary Authorised payment so that a very unreputable merchant doesn’t claim payment. I have cancelled the order but not heard anything back as yet. I tried cancelling with the bank but can’t see the payment pending yet so cannot do anything. This merchant has many, many disputes going against them so I’m trying to stop me being another person added to a very long list. Many people are still waiting for refunds from months ago. Can anyone help?
