THis my case... they close in favor of the scammer...shhh This is in reference to my Case ID: PP-D-67423665 Your resolution center is a joke, you guy let a low life scammer use the looped wholes in your system to scam me. I wonder to how many others he/she has done the same to? You guy are the last defense for the buyer and seller. Whoever was handing my case dropped the ball and did a poor job on paying attention to all the details. Just because the stupid tracking numbers say delivered it doesn't mean it's automatically to case go in favor of the seller, because there so many things that could happened in between. In my case the package was never delivered to my house, the package was delivered to a freaking Home depot store. When I called UPS, they told me the package was delivered to the address that was in the package. At first, I thought the UPS delivery guy messed up and delivered the package to the wrong address, but that wasn’t the case. The tracking number according to UPS belong to a business account and it was delivered to the correct address that was in the package. Of course, the name and address were not mine. This scumbag got a hold of a real tracking number near my home address, which in this case was my local home depot store and use this tracking number to show proof of delivery to me and PayPal. This is what UPS customer service email me. “Dear Moises, I am sorry you did not receive tracking number 1Z1833820313644949. Our records show the package was sent by RR DONNELLEY and they provided <removed>, VICTORVILLE CA 92394 as the ship to address. In this particular case, since the package was delivered to the address the shipper provided, it would be necessary to contact them for further assistance.

I even went to the Home depot store twice to look for my package with no luck. I spend hrs. going back in fort with UPS and PayPal (you guys) trying to proof my case, and of course after all with useless results. Your system sucks. After I chat back in fort with the representative handling my case, I was told that you PAYPAL were going to request additional information from the seller and you will get back to me, to keep checking my email for updates. Well you guys never did give me an update, you just closed my case in favor of this scumbag seller “ figueroafarrell6691361” Your Adjudication reason was a “Valid tracking info provided by the seller” I would love to see the proof!!!! Which I never saw!! Wow.. this a joke. Where IS the proof!! I never got any updates about it.!! Did the tracking number had my Name and Address in it? I bet not!! Here what PayPal rep wrote to me in our chat.

Just kindly monitor your email for any updates.” After I provided you guys all the possible proof I could, to expose this scammer scumbag seller “ figueroafarrell6691361” you PayPal did nothing. What a waste of time and effort. Now I’m $164.25 short with no woods and a scammer laughing at me and your joke of a resolution center. Wow!! I am so disappointed and **bleep**!!
