I made a purchase in May from a seller who never updated shipping, their site went down and I never received any responses. I put in a resolution and has recently been escalated. My issue now is that the seller has now sent me 1/10 of my order (1x storage box from 10) with tracking. It's obvious that they'll say they sent my order to close the case. Now my problem is I can't add messages to the resolution now and I also can't find a way to get in contact with PayPal. I used the message function which just goes in circles, all the agents are away inside and outside business hours. What can I do? I'm in the UK if that helps. I appreciate any assistance.
