I recently attempted to purchase a Honda Generator from a vendor somewhere in asia and after no response from the seller and nothing received I opened a dispute with PayPal credit, the response was just received: We received the case(s) you filed on May 11, 2020. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s). Transaction information: Dispute Case ID: PP-D-65656623 Transaction Amount: $95.00 USD Dispute Amount: $95.00 USD Transaction ID: 1HD67917RF251382T Transaction Date: May 5, 2020 I also received an email with a UPS tracking number that shows an item delivered that was 23.8 pounds. The item I ordered is 144 pounds, so it seems to me the seller was not truthful, however I seem to have no other recourse with PayPal as there is no way to contact anyone or thing regarding this case. Do I have any other options? I am a victim of fraud and I have no way of going forward here?
