Hello Paypal, I just received an email about my limitations on November 12, 2020. My money has to be placed on hold whenever I receive an email by May 10, 2021. It seems like my PayPal support is very slow but I didn't get a response from an email so long. I have American Express Bank to transfer funds at least I want to get my payment to get my credit score repaired.
